We love cereal, but is cereal a kind choice? One of the biggest concerns with cereals is their nutritional value and quality of ingredients. The majority of cereals are processed, refined, and sugar laden which is particularly concerning since many cereals are marketed to children.
But even when we choose ‘healthy’ cereals it is important to do your homework to really understand everything about the company, the ingredients, and the production process in order to make a kind choice. Just choosing a low sugar cereal is not the only thing to consider.
